Remove all makeup and make sure the skin is clean and dry. Apply one thin stroke on each eyelid once per day. Apply the serum just above the lash line (1-3 mm), so you don’t get it into your eyes. It will sink into your skin and stimulate your hair follicles. The amount that follows the applicator from the tube is plenty for both eyes. Let it dry for a minute or two before you put on makeup, creams and lotion. Apply nightly directly to the skin of the upper eyelid margin at the base of the eyelashes using the accompanying applicators. Blot any excess solution beyond the eyelid margin. Additional applications of the serum will not increase the growth of eyelashes. Upon discontinuation of treatment, eyelash growth is expected to return to its pre-treatment level. Do not apply in your eye or to the lower lid. Only use the sterile applicators supplied with the serum to apply the product. If you miss a dose, just apply the solution the next evening. Don't allow the tip of the bottle or applicator to contact surrounding structures, fingers, or any other unintended surface in order to avoid contamination by common bacteria known to cause infections. Contact lenses should be removed prior to application of the serum and may be reinserted 15 minutes after application.

Yes, you can. Our serum doesn't contain any oils, so you can use it with extensions. You only need to apply one thin stroke on each eyelid per day. Apply on clean and dry skin, 1-3 mm above the lash line, so it can sink in and stimulate your hair follicles.

Our lash serum should last you approximately 3-6 months depending on whether it is applied once or twice per day.

The results normally appear within 3-8 weeks, however, can vary from person to person. Some see results already after one week, but most people within six weeks. A few have to wait for as much as 8-12 weeks, We always recommend to continue using the serum, even if you haven't seen results after 8-12 weeks. They should always come eventually.

The effect is not permanent. Once you stop using the serum, your lashes will go back to their normal length.

We usually send your order out within 1 business day and provide you with a tracking number. In some cases, we can send your order on the same day if you place your order before 12:00PM.

Once we dispatch your parcel and provide you with a tracking number, the parcel is in the hands of Australia Post. We have no control over their delays.
